Is, still on that same subject. What a lot of people here might not understand is, the reason they can't get the shares to short is because the Elephants won't let them. If the Elephants won't sell their seats, they short theirs to make the perfect hedge.
The only Elephant that appears to be restless is Merrill Lynch.
