Nevermind my comment two weeks ago that the Russell 2000 had broken out. It reversed as soon as I said that. Yesterday's 3% plunge took the RUT way below its August lows: decisionpoint.com Looking for a bottom in investor sentiment just wasn't as successful in picking a market bottom as I had expected. Guess it's time to turn in my junior market-timer merit badge. ;-)
