ITWO has by far the best technology in their space, brilliant management which built the company and a Who's Who in channel partners. They will continue to build and expand their technology leadership and application space "on a solid foundation". SAP, on the other hand is dealing with unwieldy technology requiring $$$$$$$ for consultants to get to work for users. Their CEO recently said the solutions are 2 years away and the US President just resigned. The market, in it's infinite wisdom, concludes that SAP will be able to exploit their size to crush competitors, even though their overall market share has fallen over three years + they either don't have solutions -- or they are inadequate competitively. The market has way underestimated ITWO and PSFT in terms of growth potential and as a stronger and stronger competitor, moving into SAP space on a solid foundation with easy to use products. They build while SAP re-engineers and scrambles. IMO.
