IMCC - Be Careful I found this on Nasdbull's bounced thread: Post # 464 Laura: you are crazy to get into IMCC, actually, not smart. I talked to one of my clients today(title/escrow company) about securitization loans of loans by mortgage companies. He actually told me that he received an e-mail from corporate saying that if they receive funds from Southern Pacific(SFC), make sure they are wired funds. 3 days later SFC went bankrupt. Looks like corporate knew it 3 days before we did.
