My official CBS prediction with reasons: bride becoming attractive by those layoffs:

So, here goes friends- My official :-) CBS prediction now, with more than enough supporting reasons; (please forget the grammar and sentence completions ... lets just concentrate on symantics than syntax here for a moment ... ):

1. 300 announced layoffs ... CBS is trying to slim down in general and become more attractive for a potential marriage proposal (at least for NN {CNN} ).

2. Insider purchase at 27 in favor of longs ... good things in the offing

3. CBS Marketwatch ... gaining popularity ... important content with valuable opinions in there ... kinda like back-door entry to content-rich internet info delivery

4. Radio - still king of the ad business ... most effortless entry (via ears) medium into the minds of spending consumers; increasing trend in traffic jams across the country, delivering increased, captured seat-bound audience

5. CTS (Carpel tunnel syndrome) - driving typists away gradually from clicking the yahoo banners (actually 85% don't click) and moreover, bear market wiping out buddying-technoworker-cum-trader crowd away from yahoo etc. monitoring as much as it used to => at least a decreasing trend for next 18 months

6. Once the bigger meaning of "most convenient info delivery medium" by radio (ana./digi.) and HDTV is understood, various manufacturers will implement various new product concepts around those (details suppressed) and consumers will flock to those (==> CBS ... Yahoo of 1999, 2000, 2001! :-)).

7. More than 18-months hiatus after Capcity merger now, for other mega merger and media-merger-mania has just started again by the CCU-JCOR today ...

If you are able to connect all these dots together coherently, a picture will emerge which might just depict that "its a no-brainer .... how easy it can get!"

Summary: CBS -- A Tremendous bargain here!

All imho. Please do your thorough DD.

regards to all,
-/Sonny.
