Some history re communications from companies. Sorry to the other long timers, but I just couldn't resist the urge to comment.

LTT has made some recent comments about Montello news. These are mild compared to those made a year or two ago when Montello and Kennecott were deathly quiet about the Hinton results. How are your RGW shares doing Lindsay? Glad to see you back. Your comments provide a certain balance.

Now "average joe" comments about the "disdain" of ACA for their shareholders, due to the lack of news.

I consider that all of these companies have a cycle to their communications activity. That is, they will be more or less forthcoming and available with information depending on where they are in their exploration cycle. Montello is in the thick of an active field campaign - lots of promise and no negatives ... yet. So they will be very forthcoming, even to reporting the current depth of the (one and only) drill bit! Ashton is in the duller, back at the lab verification stage and has less to report on a day by day basis. I like the "If you have nothing to say, don't say it" approach. I think Ashton will become more verbose soon, and we'll see Montello\Kennecott fade away a little as they wind up the drill program. We'll see.

This is a stock chat group. Let's talk about the stock and its play in the market. Frank and others - you were wrong. It did not move back to .50-.55 range. Luckily I got out at .45 and am looking to move back in. A little bit went at .37 yesterday, but it seems to be hanging onto the .40 range pretty well. Is it going to drop a little bit more before it bounces up pending drill results? How are your crystal balls folks?? Predictions please.

I can't really say this is fun yet. I made a little on the recent run, but not nearly enough to cover the .82 shares I bought two years ago!

Go UP Montello!
