This is from DBC's Market Guide. Pay careful attention to the last sentence. I am a former employee. Have you ever come across a company whose bottom line was hit so hard by attrition that it had to be reported in the 10K?

Net income fell 43% to $744K. Revenues reflect higher shipments of the VCO 80 product line. Earnings reflect higher personnel expenses.
