Kzap: I did not post the PM to piss you or anyone else off. Who cares what this person thinks of the thread. Believe me, my skin has gotten pretty thick, by necessity, because this is not a popularity contest, as some may believe. My reason for posting it was because he obviously has done some checking around (which we have not done) and found that the Press Release was a lie. I do not know who this Gerald Jackson is, but I believe that I remember seeing his name on some of the Utah state material. If in fact, this PM is true, what is going on? And if you piss the state off now, who knows what the implications might be. It would not surprise me a bit if they were disposing illegally, in fact, I would be surprised if they were not doing something illegal every day in every area of this company. JMVHO, of course.
As far as the post by TG, about reading between the lines, etc., why in the hell do we need to read between the lines of a press release. Do you think that analysts that cover IBM sit there and read between lines? An analyst will drop coverage of a stock for just that reason. I think that this is just more of the same.
