If the deal goes thru you instruct your broker to tender your shares in November for $29 and rather than paying commission you will pay a fee to the broker for this (perhaps 25 to 50$) I would have thought since it is a all cash offer and the founder owns 30% thus reducing the chance of a competing offer, the arbs would have taken the price higher than the current 26 5/8.
