I'll say it's BIG news.....btw, I think you were off SI when I spent much time in "discussion" with lawyer, dougjn, trying to get him to concede that it was a false affidavit and that according to Judge Napolitano's article, Bennett would be forced to adhere to the Arkansas rules of ethics. I'll have to pull the article up again, but if I remember correctly, I understood that the rules were that he (Bennett) would be expected to resign. Now where does this leave attorney Kendall? Remember he got out front after Clintons Aug. 17 speech and continued the scam that Clinton wasn't lying in his Paula Jones depo. Now what's he going to say publicly? "Oooops, never mind?" bp
