I used to volunteer as an "escort" at a women's clinic to help to protect the patients' rights. I was one of those people that worked to get the protests moved a safe distance away from the clinic. However, most of the protestors were female. You would be amazed at the vehemence of women in the religious community.

I realize you were being fascetious in your post, but there really are compassionate conservatives, to use a term coined by one of the conservative radio talk show hosts.
