Of course they are but some smart money managers are buying it up like perhaps Janus 20 and others.I don't think all them guys are stupid,the stupid one is on the 'dumping' side remember.Same thing happened to Pharmaceuticals a few years ago when everybody was saying the drug companies are finished on account of Insurance Reform thing ran buy Hillary and called the smart money managers stupid and they did look stupid for a little while but not for too long as we all know.<g>
