Infocall to Acquire Virginia Based IT Staffing Company; Company Reaches Agreement in Principle to Acquire Acromatech Group, Inc.
VIENNA, Va., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Infocall Communications Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: INFE - news) an emerging leader in Internet-based staffing and employee leasing services today announced it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Acromatech Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia based information technology staffing and consulting company.

Acromatech Group, Inc. reported unaudited sales of $1.5 million in fiscal 1997 and is projecting sales of $1.8 million in 1998. Pre-tax profits are expected to be in the 15% range.
