Mondoman,

If you haven't done so already, I suggest you go to AOL and download all the past message folders on Zitel on the Motley fool board and read them.

This is easy to do. It should take ten minutes at the most to download all of them.
Just type in elf at keyword.
Folders 2,3,4 and 5 are in graveyard 2.
In graveyard 2 press the list more files button repeatedly until it changes color.
Then use the find in top window feature, under Edit, to find all instances of Zitel. Press download as you find each one.
Each download takes several minutes.
Zitel one is in graveyard one.

If you have a good find tool you don't have to read all the posts you can just search for topics of interest.
There are some excellent posts there.
For example after downloading I was able, in just a couple of minutes at most, to find a complete explanation of the Esping deal.

Although I have been leaning toward your posiition, I am not so sure now.
Since you have big bucks at stake I think it is worth your time reading them.

It appears that Zitel and MD may well have the real thing.

Also consider that market cap is only one way to look at this stock.
Another is to look at the earnings potential.
With only 14 millions shares (is that correct) Zitl can make decent earnings relatively easily.
For example if Zitl made 28 million that would easily justify the current price at a pe of 30.
But on spec zitl could easily get 3x to 6x that.
That is roughly 200 to 400 a share.

Consider that Presstek which also had only 14 million or so shares went as high as 200.
Admittedly it is now only 75.

I am beginning to think Zitel has a good ways up to go.
