Since my last posting of 12/24, I have found out from the management that the CVUS license for the NYPMSA will be exempt from the upcoming frequency auction. Also, the company is making effort to secure pioneer's preference for the 18 counties surrounding the NYPMSA.

The cost structure of LMDS sounds like being very competitive.

I feel quite positive about the prospects of CVUS.
