Sadly, that is all true. My 403(B) funds aren't doing well at all. The only portion that has done well is my Index fund that I have there. Mr. Pink, Thanks for the tips. I have done quite well with them. What do you think of NDE, now? I made a bunch on the downside. You gave an initial target of $8. Besides the questionable accounting like the other mortgage companies, does this company has any criminal management like FP? At $8, it looks like a good long. With quarterly dividends of $.50, this means 25% dividends per year. I am looking at the long-term viability of the company. Any thoughts? Thanks. Lurker
