(NewsTraders) -- Adelphia Communications Corp. (ADLAC) Shareholder Ellen K. Rigas registered to sell 110,000 Class A shares of common stock on September 30 with a market value of about $4.4 million, according to a Form 144 released today by the SEC.

Rigas indirectly owned 8,556,268 Common A shares as of July 31.
