i have owned intcw for almost all of 1996 writing calls against the warrants. the warrants track the common with a predictable certainty and thus, although they are not true covered calls--they act like they are. i have never let myself be assigned. i always roll up--if the situation dictates. i won't be doing this in 1998 as the warrants expire as some strange things will happen with arbitrage, etc.....
