Hey legal whiz, I don't know what state you're in, but if Fred doesn't even know you, or know where you are, how can any threat of bodily harm be actionable? Better check your state law first. Good luck finding a lawyer to represent you on this one. I think Fred would eat your lunch in any lawsuit and be awarded attorney's fees to boot for having to defend a frivolous suit. Get a life.
