I'm new to this one, but i was interested enough to contact Tom Bostic at ICC, which handles investor relations for the company. Since this is a new company still traded on the Nasdaq bulletin board, they still haven't filed a financial statement with sales and earnings. Tom Bostic informed me that there may be a filing in January/February, but my recollection is that he wasn't certain about this. There are approximately 6 mission shares outstanding (dilution?).

Another piece of info. I'm not sure if this is out here yet. This company came into existence as follows:

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, Aug. 28 /CNW/ - MEDITERRANEAN OIL CORPORATION
(the``Company'') announced today that it has completed its name change to
``ZMAX CORPORATION'' effective as at August 9, 1996.
The Company further announced that it has instituted a 1 for 80 reverse
stock split effective as of July 23, 1996. The Company still further
announced that it has obtained private financing which will bring about a
substantial reduction of its outstanding debt.
The Company continues to actively seek a favorable merger with an
operating company.
The Company's new CUSIP NUMBER is 98974T1O2 and its new TRADING SYMBOL is
``ZMAX''.
The Nasdaq Stock Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept
responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

i am attempting to research Meditteranean Oil but have not uncovered much yet. Any help? Strangely, the board of directors of ZMAX seems not to include any representatives of the investors group behind MO.
