Saying " I guarantee to clean it up for you " in now way constitutes an illegal threat. All it says is exactly what it says. I will clean it up for you. Could mean anything....Could mean, I was going to simply reprt you to SI. Could mean alot of things, but certainly not an illegal threat of bodily harm. Well, you are correct in saying or I guarantee to clean it up for you...is a threat. Sure is. Only, it is not an illegal threat, by ANY stretch of the imagination. There is nothing wrong, nor illegal about that statement. Be seein ya soon
