I can't believe that REXI mgnt is still sitting on this criminal bid. Don't they know how to open a phone book? How seriously does a $168 million company take a buyout offer they find on the floor in front of the fax machine when they turn on the lights in the morning? Regardless of today's market, they are obligated to make a statement as soon as they find it is not legit. How long can this take?
