EP, Just because I have a conversation with Joe does not mean he can tell me everything. We have been friends for a long time so believe it or not there are occasions when DCI never comes up. Ed, as to the status of the LOCUS deal my simple and straight answer is this, I have not been informed by anybody that the deal is off. To the best of my knowledge our application to the AMEX is on hold until we can get the price back near the $3.00 range. Joe felt that we could make it as long as it was above $2.50 but below a buck puts it in the impossible category. Best Regards
