I think that DELL's forward PE using next year's earning estimate is at 29.4 (using DELL price at 43). That gives DELL a forward PEG of around 0.8 (DELL is supposed to grow earning by 36% next year). I think that this is a level that I can feel comfortable even in a bear market. As long as DELL executes, this is a bargin price IMHO.
