Lots of deals. NTBK has also been clobbered but not as much as our beloved CKFR. I did a stupid thing when we hit 13. I bought some CKFR on margain. Well today I had to sell a 1000 shares at 6.5.

That's the way it goes. Relatively it's basically peanuts to what others have lost, but it's still no fun.

I'm not going overboard on CKFR again. I have about 900 shares remaining and hopefully I will have them for many years.

My next purchases will be more diversified (but still tech). My eyes are on DELL and SEEK. I hope things don't go wild (up) before my cash arrives. What's the feelings how long this downturn will last?

Have a nice day.

p.s. go chkr!

p.s.s. I spent the last 3 days in a microsoft training class on their new technologies. It was over my head, but was still enjoyable. There was one fellow in the class that is one of the ESPN Web developers. He's been with Starwave for 3 years. Starwave is the company that does ESPN.com and a bunch of other big time web sites. Starwave was owned by Paul Allen before DISNEY bought them. He said DISNEY bought SEEK (43%) to help with GO.COM. DISNEY also has an option to buy an additional 8% of SEEK over the next 3 years.
