Roger: As of 11:00AM this morning the scene is as follows. Court said to get this case solved by next week. Debtor is currently looking for 3 auctions to sell Quadrax portion of company-liquidate and pay off creditors. Creditors are waiting for written proof of this, as is the court. Jim Palermo is in NY trying one last time to have original plan acted upon by buyers. The buyers are offering a much lower settlement price due to the creditors dragging their feet and not accepting original plan. It is the same old story-greed hurts everyone involved. All us shareholders hope for is that the buyers make another offer, it is accepted and we still have value left in our holdings. Creditors-if they had any smarts at all-would go along with plan and buy up as many shares as they can and recoup more than if they take a fire sale price for Quadrax's assets. We should know what happens by this weekend.
