Jim, the DELLheads are cheering just because DELL is edging back to 44ish, the 200-day ema. Statistically a strong stock rebounds from key supports when the panic subsides the first time or two, with fundamental news overriding any technicals.

Many people don't understand market momentum when extremes set in.
CSCO lost 1/3 of its value in five trading days, and it is not even a
momentum stock. People on the DELL thread are saying to back
up the truck ... but they need to stay very nimble, DELL is a momentum stock, both up and down.
