Don't you know that not only is bad news bad news, but good news is bad news too?!!! <G> The thing I can't figure out is, back when the dollar was going up, everybody thought it was bad news, due to deleterious effects on Asian economies, fears of China devaluing, fears of competitive devaluations, inability of foreign companies to repay their dollar-denominated debts, semiconductor equipment becoming even more expensive expressed in foreign currencies, etc. Now that the dollar is going back down, this is somehow bad news, too. Huh???
