Mike, So far (today) it seems like it is only panic in Techs. The real market panic is not here yet. Or is it? Apparently the Feds are talking over the phone to see if they can cut rates. With greenback being trashed, at this juncture will it be prudent to cut rates? Me thinks as soon as (if at all) they cut, there will be a massive short covering rally and then a BK. What do you think?
