A July/96 item from "Adrian Day's Investment Analyst".

Aranlee (ARB, Vancouver) has property in Voisey's Bay, near the Diamond Fields' nickel discovery. But this is not the reason for buying the stock. Just a few weeks ago 2 high profile & respected gold mining men--Clive Johnson, CEO of Bema, & Tony Williams, analyst & entrepreneur--joined the board of directors. Essentially, this is a bit of a trust me story. Men like this do not become directors of a company unless they have plans. I've been unable to determine exactly what those plans might be--as is only appropriate--but I'm willing to bet: there are plans: they are big: and they do not involve Voisey's Bay. Something may happen tomorrow or not for months.I don't know. If you got a spare few thousand hanging around & you are prepared to be patient, this is a stock for you. Because of the Cartaway Voisey Bay's fiasco, and also because this stock has had previous incarnations, there is some stock around, so you shouldn't chase it. Currently C$1.13--1.15, bet you stock will shake loose at C$1.30. Thats our limit.
Aranlee may require the longest no-news wait. You pays your money & takes your chance.
