Somebody please help me???

I been reading the CNN article posted earlier here's my question..

<<Separately, Dell Computer and Compaq Computer said Monday they will integrate Infospeed DSL capability into their PCs by early next year.>>

It is my understanding that the Westell/Alcatel (formerly DSC communications) solution will only talk to a Westell remote. If that's the case, from the above article, Westell should be working with Compaq and Dell to supply modem cards??

Second, what's the implication if Bell pushed back the DMT contract 18 months??
