Thanks for the info. I'd guess the one PR is screwed up. Tendering only 30% of the shares sounds just too odd. FWIW - I just bought today so your average is a lot better than mine! Saw MECK plugged in a financial magazine a while ago an had been on my watchlist as a internet 'value' play. Still, I'll take 10% in two months in today's market!
