Joe, As uncomfortable as this price drop is to me as a long term holder, I just cannot imagine the level of discomfort I would have being in a short position on this company at these levels. For now, the shorts are doing quite well, but at these levels this stock could quickly double or triple or more if the right news were to come out of the company...and none of us know for sure when that might happen. If that short was built up ahead of expecting the series F shares to hit the market, then with DCI announcing it will buy those shares back, that group is truly naked. Having a short in our stock is good and bad. Bad because of the damage we currently see to our share price, but good since that short represents future buying. It was actually a relief to me to learn that we do have a short position as I just did not believe that we could have blamed ALL of this selling pressure on us since the annual meeting on the Card Call shareholders. I have heard that there are legal ways to force shorts to cover and that there are groups that specialize in breaking shorts on undervalued stocks. If the short turns out to be really significant, perhaps it would be worth looking into some of these options?

James
