Jim,
I can't believe how far RECY has dropped.The overall market has dropped considerably also, so I am sure this will pass and RECY will rise to higher ground. That said, these are good bargains days but the fear has gripped those would be buyers. On Metastock RECY still has 3 out of 4 technical buy signals. It is way oversold.
