Thats what they want you to believe. Could not have gotten much worse in 1990. The fear in the streets is what sets the bottom. I saw it today on CNBC. The street is bloodied. Not saying the market can't go lower, but Techstocks have already been through a 1929 type crash. Unbelievable values today. Once in a decade opportunity. JMAR HIT 1 1/2!!!!!! WOW! --Bilberry
