Note that the reader of Greg Aharonian's newsletter (which is excellent, BTW) said "Previously they had either neglected the patents, or licensed them from Immunex". We've focused in this thread on those that have neglected the patents (the "past sinners"), but I've also wondered if there were some companies that had licensed IL-1beta from Immunex. If so, that could mean that CIST will receive maintenance payments from those that would have previously been sending checks to IMNX. These would be small checks, but, for a company the size of CIST, they could be fun. Anybody have an angle on what companies might have licensed IL-1beta-related technology from IMNX?
