Mike, An interesting development is taking place between American Home Products and Monsanto. As you know, AHP and MTC have agreed to merge. MTC shareholders were to receive a 1.15 to 1 premium in the share swap. Currently both are trading close to the same price $48 1/2. Have you ever played the spread when one or the other company is priced wrong? Granted there is a dividend consideration and a time element involved, but that shouldn't cause the stock for both to trade close to the same price. Any insights?

Regards,
Bob
