Jules, what Terje did is just a variation on "flaming" -- an accepted practice when someone breaks the unwritten rules of the Web. If standard law applied here, Paul might just as well find himself as the defendent for multiple cases of liable and slander. I suspect that Terje's defense will be to submit a list of Paul's posts and let a jury decide if his actions were unwarranted.

Paul has posted some excellent material and has become far more civil in the recent past. However, as a prior target for Paul's taunting and teasing, I understand just how irritating it can be. I was not at all surpirsed by Terje's actions, just that it took so long before someone took action.
