This company never made a sale as far as I know. Alan Jones, the IR company, kept telling everyone that they had contracts all completed ready to be signed with Motorola, Siemens and SGS Thompson. None of it was true. That guy should have been lynched. Of course, the SEC doesn't care about bulletin board stocks. I don't really know about float or number of shares out. The stock at one time reached about 3.50 when everyone believed these contracts were on the table awaiting signatures. This has happened a couple of times where the stock ran up to .07 or .08 on very heavy volume and then drifted back down. I have no idea why it does this or what is going on. My stock isn't worth enough now to waste my time on it and, besides, I wouldn't believe anything they told me anyway. If you go back up on the thread a ways, you can find a number posted for ISSM. I never bothered to call.
