Donald, if you make a neckline around the area of the april and June lows on the XCI, we took the neckline big today and closed back on it. If you look at the SPX, prior to the big sell-off on 8/31, there was a mini-intraday rally on the flag pole down that retouched the bottom of the trading range. Capitulation lows that begin new uptrends most often end at or near the lows of the day 1/9 6/15 8/31 (8/31 on XAU was squat on the bottom) 10/27 bb
