Scarecrow, Clinton is no more responsible for the recent market correction as he was for the rise that preceded it. Most people know that. Politicians best serve the people when they wrangle with each other, because while they're at each other's throats, they don't have the time to pass more laws that restrict our freedoms or dream up new taxes. It's a sad comment on politics, but true. The only time we need an effective government is during war. In peace time, it's best that they fight with each other. len
