I happened to have a little MECK in my account. It was odd that the price didn't go right to 28 or 29. I did check out PME's latest balance sheet. Seems they've got a couple million or so in cash, so I'm not quite sure where they will get $274 million to buy MECK. But given the horrid market and my paper losses over the last month, I just took my 6 point gain and got the hell out. Good luck. Jon
