Angelo Resigns! NATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1998--SystemSoft(R) Corporation (NASDAQ:SYSF), today announced that Company founder Robert F. Angelo, 52, has stepped down as Chairman of the Board effective today. "In light of the Company's recent challenges, we believe shareholders' best interests are served by the broader strategic partnership experience of Frank Sola who was named Chief Executive Officer on August 27," said SystemSoft Director Robert Goldman. Mr. Angelo has agreed to an interim consulting agreement with SystemSoft under which he will assist Mr. Sola with strategic matters on an as-needed basis. "Since founding SystemSoft in 1990, Bob grew the company from a privately-held start-up venture, led it through its successful initial public offering in 1994, and grew it to more than $40-million as a PC OEM channel company," said Mr. Sola. "I am pleased to continue to have the benefit of Bob's experience and vision."
