FDA said something along the lines of the application for the genital wart treatment could not be considered in it's present form. Last I heard, I believe on CNBC, the press release was unclear whether it was a defect in the manner of filing or whether the results discussed in the filing were not satisfactory. I've not been following this stock so didn't pay close attention.
