Enough of the fluff already. I'm really impressed by these great news
releases that talk about acquisitions but give no inclination as to when or how the transaction will be done. What's also great are these news releases that set fantasy time-lines that are never met (i.e. web site in September, or that highly successful stock buy-back program that gave no amount or time-frame, and especially the infamous listing status by MARCH!) We have all this fabulous great stupendous news...MEANWHILE THE STOCK PRICE GETS CONTINUOUSLY PISSED ON!
And what kills me is the head of the company spouts of at the mouth to every Tom or Dick that calls him about more fantasy time-lines and potential accounting firms (how long have we heard about that one?)!
In a hair-trigger market like this, if you expect to generate investor
interest you better be as up front and business-tactful as possible. If you're not, people will dump you quicker than crap hits toilet water.
At this rate, when the news release finally comes out about this company becoming listed -- the stock price will go down to about a penny!! Oh yeah, doesn't NASDAQ have an Incredibly Ultra-Small-Cap Index? Maybe we can get listed on that one!
