Look at the intra-day chart,

There was a big seller who had to see the price drop before his trades got executed, probably some tax loss sellers, or some fund doing badly and in a panic. At $5 1/4, there was huge support. Like me, there must be others out there with limit orders to buy around cash level at $5 1/4. That's what I meant.
