Wacky! Dr. Pennypacker's profound aversion with anything related to MAMH name recognition -- PR, advertising, etc -- or the co. policy of not share relatively current information with stockholders is certainly discouraging -- but certainly his right.

However, to have a product which may be useful in early detection of a dread disease and not promote THE PRODUCT, particularly during an awareness month is, IMHO, beyond the pale. The issue is larger than stock price and earnings!
