I think it is safe to say now that you should understand why there is so much fluff... ITS CALLED LACK OF FUNDS. When the financing is done, deals will be done... until we get the money, we can't just acq. people, however, Tom has a letter of intent, and he is letting the public know something since many cry and complain everyday about this or that... Its called being an investor and knowing your research is right. Yea you have to fight the greedy ass mm's every step of the way, but hey that is life. Again until we get the financing, the only non fluff will be BIG TIME CONTRACTS.
