BR, thanks for the Brazil article... Maybe it's me, but it sounds like someone's stalling. Be there in a minute, hold your horses, check's in the mail... The Brazilian Minister hinted last week that we'd hear something "soon", now we hear that we'll hear something soon. BTW, what the heck is a 3-year "fiscal target"? Regards, Alan
