SETTLEMENT FAILED - COUNTER-SUIT FILED

As a result of the unreasonable demands of a few shareholders and their counsel, settlement was not reached.

Accordingly, the counter-suit was filed today and the litigation unfortunately continues.

WWWC remains willing to fully settle this dispute on reasonable terms and get on with the business of growing our company.
